Job Description

  • Develop and refine algorithms for image and pattern recognition to support customer service automation in our BPO & Call Center operations at e7 Company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate image recognition tech into existing systems for enhanced client experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and bring innovative solutions that keep e7 at the forefront of technology in customer support services.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: The candidate must possess a minimum of a Diploma degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: We are looking for individuals with 3 - 5 years of experience in image recognition or a closely related area.
  • Skills and Competencies: Applicants should be well-versed in search algorithms, motion control algorithms, advertising algorithms, and speech algorithms. Strong coding skills and experience with machine learning frameworks are essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Your role will involve developing and enhancing image recognition systems, collaborating on multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to algorithmic improvements.
  • Working Conditions: This position requires working in a fast-paced environment and may involve tight deadlines. Occasional extended hours might be necessary to meet project milestones.
