We are looking for an Team Leader – Operations (Healthcare/Diagnostic ) with strong operations management experience to oversee daily Medical operations, ensuring high service standards, efficient resource utilization, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Supervise and streamline QMC operations, ensuring smooth workflows and minimal escalations.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, assign responsibilities based on trends, and track performance.
• Regulatory & SOP Compliance: Ensure full adherence to healthcare regulations and SOPs.
• Issue Resolution & Service Quality: Handle escalations effectively while maintaining high service standards and team satisfaction.
• Visa Processing Management: Oversee and coordinate visa application processing efficiently with internal teams.
• Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 5-7 years in Operations Management, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role in healthcare or related industries
