WORK SET UP

  • Work Location: Onsite at our BGC, Taguig office.
  • Working Hours: Dayshift, Regular Hours

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and support employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and promote job satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback surveys, focus group discussions, and other engagement activities to assess employee morale and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees who wish to file grievances or address workplace concerns.
  • Investigate complaints in a fair and impartial manner, mediate conflicts, and resolve issues in accordance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
  • Ensure company practices comply with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on labor relations matters, including disciplinary actions, employee rights, and government regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, etc.).
  • Support the management team in maintaining a harmonious relationship with employees and addressing union or labor-related concerns, if applicable.
  • Assist in the development and review of employee relations policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company objectives.
  • Ensure that all policies are communicated effectively to employees.
  • Conduct training for managers and employees on topics related to employee relations, conflict resolution, workplace behavior, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Raise awareness of company policies, employee rights, and grievance procedures.
  • Promote a work environment of trust and respect by advocating for employee needs and maintaining open lines of communication between management and staff.
  • Ensure that employees are aware of the support systems and resources available to them.
  • Manage exit interviews for departing employees to gather feedback on employee experience, company policies, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Analyze exit data to provide actionable insights for enhancing retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and resolutions.
  • Prepare and present reports on employee relations activities, including trends in grievances, engagement, and compliance.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications related to employee relations or labor laws are a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in employee relations, handling grievances, managing employee engagement initiatives, and working with labor relations issues.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws (Labor Code, DOLE regulations, etc.).
  • Proven experience working in a retail or similar fast-paced industry is an advantage.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, mediation, and managing sensitive employee matters.
