Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Permanent WFH (Remote)

Salary: ₱80,000 - ₱120,000 base + uncapped commission

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and scale a dynamic sales team. If

you have a proven track record in B2B sales, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how

to drive revenue, this is the role for you. As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and managing a team of sales professionals, leading strategic sales initiatives, and securing high-value deals across key industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop a High-Performing Sales Team – Hire, train, and mentor a team of 10+

sales professionals to exceed targets.

  • Drive Sales & Revenue Growth – Develop and execute strategies to maximise revenue

and client acquisition.

  • Own the Sales Cycle – Oversee everything from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Ensure KPI & Target Achievement – Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and

implement improvements.

  • Build Strong Client Relationships – Engage with key stakeholders to expand business

opportunities.

  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends – Keep up with industry shifts to maintain a competitive
  • edge.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8-10+ years of experience in B2B sales (international scale)
  • Proven success leading and managing a team
  • A strong, results-oriented leader who thrives under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and implement data-driven sales strategies.
