Role Overview:

As an SDR, you’ll qualify leads from marketing channels, convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and pass them to Business Development Executives. This role requires fluency in English to provide lead follow-up coverage for Europe.


Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with and qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and other channels.

- Understand customer needs and position solutions accordingly.

- Nurture leads and schedule follow-up interactions.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide feedback to marketing.

- Meet KPIs for lead qualification, conversion, and meeting bookings.


Qualifications:

- 1+ years of sales development or lead qualification experience.

- Bachelor’s degree required.

- Must have excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
