We aim to fill this role with a mid or senior-level Business Analyst responsible for documenting scope documents and user stories for the design and development of web and mobile applications. This role as a Business Analyst will require strategic design and mapping of business requirements and solutions while recommending best practices for solutions based on client business needs.

The technical specifications will be based on interactions directly with the customer and professional services team and need to be precise and clear as they serve as a cornerstone for a project's cost and how the workload will be delegated to the team. The Business Analyst is engaged in best practice development initiatives, provides thoughtful leadership, and is familiar with proven cloud solutions that support vertical objectives.

Responsibilities

• Be able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/consensus-building skills, and interact with executive-level project sponsors.
• Gather, document, and analyze the client’s needs and requirements.
• Document technical requirements.
• Discuss the requirements with the development team.
• Design technical solutions in collaboration with the development team.
• Actively manages Stakeholders of all levels by participating in project scope discussions, relaying approaches, and presenting findings and solutions.
• Recognize when obstacles are preventing us from achieving our goals, and readily intervene and find resourceful ways to remove them.
• Work effectively and individually with Technical and Non-Technical team members and customers.
• Share a similar mentality as existing team members toward customer satisfaction and success.
• Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work.
  
  

Requirement

• 5+ years of Technical Business Analyst experience.
• Stellar communication skills – both writing and speaking.
• Able to exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on enterprise-level projects with minimal direction.
• Able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/consensus-building skills, and interact with clients/stakeholders.
• Demonstrates the ability to prepare and maintain the following documents/tools:
• User Story Documentation
• Business Process
• Process Flow Analysis
• Product Architecture and Design Best Practices
• Experience working with developers
• Experience with Cloud Solutions and/or RDBS
• Basic competence in key programming languages (e.g. JavaScript, C#, etc.)
• Requirements Definition
• Configuration Workbook
• Data Models
• Detailed Functional Design
• Executive Summaries
• Project Plans
