Job Description

We are looking for an Email Marketing & Automation Specialist with expertise in Pipedrive to create and manage email campaigns that drive bookings for tours, activities, hotels, and car rentals. This is both a technical and non-technical role focused on using AI to write persuasive, engaging email/SMS content while integrating with email and SMS automations using tools like Pipedrive, Make.com, n8n and more to nurture leads and convert them into customers.

Responsibilities

• Write compelling and engaging email copy that encourages bookings for tours, activities, hotels, and car rentals.
• Develop drip email campaigns to guide leads through the decision-making process and increase conversions.
• Set up and manage Pipedrive email automations to ensure leads receive the right emails at the right time.
• Segment email lists based on customer preferences, past bookings, and browsing behavior.
• Collaborate with the design and development team to ensure emails align with brand messaging and visuals.
• Test and optimize subject lines, email copy, and send times to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and adjust campaigns based on insights.
• Ensure email campaigns comply with regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align email communication with promotions and seasonal offers.
• Craft follow-up emails for abandoned carts, incomplete bookings, and customer inquiries.
  
  

Experience

• Experience in B2C email marketing for travel, hospitality, or tourism industries.
• Background in writing marketing copy for vacation packages and travel promotions.
• Experience with upselling and cross-selling strategies in email marketing.
  
  

Skills

• Pipedrive Automation.
• Knowledge of lead nurturing and sales funnel optimization for travel bookings.
• Familiarity with CRM automation best practices.
• Experienced in SMS automations using tools like Pipedrive, Make.com ,n8n, etc.
