As a Golang Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing systems that drive growth. You will develop scalable services using Go, collaborate with a dynamic team, and shape technological solutions that impact the telecommunications landscape. The Qualifications We Seek

• 4+ years of experience in Golang development for building scalable and efficient system
• Exposure to diverse technologies, industries, challenges, and solutions, with the ability to share insights from both successes and lessons learned.
• Expertise in developing RESTful services using JSON/HTTP with Go.
• Proficiency in SQL (preferably PostgreSQL) for crafting and optimizing data queries.
• Familiarity with JetBrains IDEs (or VSCode), Jira, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for seamless development workflows.
• Deep understanding of development processes that ensure the production of high-quality code.
• Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate technical concepts.
• Capacity for hands-on development work, with an interest in mentorship and team leadership as opportunities arise.
• Ability to influence and shape critical technology decisions in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati.

Your Daily Tasks

• Support Growth and Development: Contribute to building and shaping Australia’s next big Telco, supporting Swoop's rapid expansion through organic growth and acquisitions.
• Solve Complex Problems: Collaborate with the team to address a wide range of technological challenges and solutions.
• Define Technological Solutions: Work with the team to define the future direction and maintain the current technological infrastructure.
• Develop and Evaluate Tools: Utilize cutting-edge technologies, including geospatial databases (PostGIS), lightning-fast search engines (Typesense), user authorization systems (SpiceDB), time-series databases (Clickhouse), user authentication platforms (AWS Cognito), and event-driven messaging systems (RabbitMQ).
• Integrate Systems: Design and implement integrations between various systems and technologies to create a cohesive, scalable, and high-performance environment.
• Build Feature-Rich Applications: Develop applications and tools that are rich in features and tailored for scalability and performance.
