• Lead the Philippines Finance and Accounting team
• Provide strategic recommendations on business and financial planning to the CEO and executive leadership team
• Manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting
• Set comprehensive goals for operations and growth that link to business objectives and financial performance, and evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting metrics and data
• Support the CEO in fundraising ventures and participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.)
• Work with the executive leadership team in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance as well as managing and mitigating financial and other types of risk
• Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury-related activities
• Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies
• Providing oversight on tax, internal controls and audit-related matters

What do we look for in you?

• You have 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance leadership
• Preferably 5+ years’ experience in Gaming industry will be preferred
• You are a Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• You have prior country experience in a similar role
• You are a strong leader and possess excellent analytical skills.
• Expertise in Accounting, Financial Planning, Analysis, Taxation, Audit
• You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
