Job Summary:

• The position is primarily responsible in monitoring the overall sales performance and KPI of the Bancassurance sales force and influencing their behaviors to maximize the compensation scheme and grow in the career.

Responsibilities:

• Business Intelligence - establish, maintain records to support data-driven production reports required by the management. Visualize, interpret and translate data into digestible information to influence sales management operational and strategic decisions. Contribute in promos and campaign creations by providing reports and analysis. Implement data collection systems that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Performance Management - monitors appraisal of all Financial Advisors and Area Sales Leaders. Develop/Produce business reports and score cards. Prepare sales dashboards and calculator computation worksheets. Monitors target accomplishments of the sales team. Explores opportunities to improve database and report generation processes.
• Activity and Analysis - studies sales activity trends pattern and behaviors that leads to actual productivity. Aids the sales leaders analyze activity figures by converting extracted raw and unstructured data into visual, digestible and actionable information. Promote the use of the Activity Management System by providing key insights derived from the system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Management, Economics, IT, Engineering, Statistics and other related course
• At least two (2) years' work experience in Bancassurance sales operations as an MIS or sales reports specialist or data analyst and life insurance distribution.
• Experience in using Advance Excel functions or other spreadsheets
• Intermediate level of expertise in data analysis and visualization
• With good vebal and written communication skills
• Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati
