Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in the Philippines. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in their designated section, ensuring the highest quality and standards are met. Daily tasks include overseeing food preparation, enforcing health and safety regulations, and assisting with menu creation. The role also involves training and supervising junior chefs, maintaining kitchen inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Proven culinary skills and knowledge in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Experience in menu creation and kitchen inventory management
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Leadership skills to train and supervise junior chefs
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Experience in international and local cuisine is a plus
- Culinary degree or relevant certification
