  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative financial strategies for 维根钢铁有限公司, a leader in steel manufacturing. Analyze market trends to create competitive financial products that support industrial growth. Work cross-functionally to manage product life cycles and ensure alignment with company financial goals. Assess risks, forecast financial outcomes, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Cultivate relationships with key industry players and financial institutions to facilitate business objectives.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field required. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are preferred. Experience Level: Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial services or product management. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial analysis, product development, project management, and understanding of regulatory compliance. Strong technical skills including Excel and financial modeling are essential. Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee the lifecycle of financial products, develop product strategy, manage cross-functional teams, analyze market data, and ensure products meet customer needs and regulatory standards. Working Conditions: Office environment with a possibility of remote work. Some travel may be required for market research and client engagement. Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities. A visionary with a customer-focused attitude and the ability to adapt to change.
