Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• With experience in dealing with international clients.
• With experience in IT Domain/BPO/Tech Support working for US/AUS/EMEA clients.
• Experience of working with teams of English-speaking countries

Responsibilities

• Experience troubleshooting, configuring, deploying, and administrating Microsoft workstations connect to a domain. Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security practices.
• Experience with monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, SCCM).
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments in a timely manner
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation and task optimization.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with technology trends.
