Proactively visit and prospect potential modernization customers (Developers, Architects, Property Managers Construction firms, and the like) and build a healthy customer base
Conduct preliminary site inspection and recommend the optimal solution suitable to the project from range of modernization packages.\Prepare and submit a strong and attractive modernization solution on a timely manner.
Build a strong pipeline, with accurate timeframe for closing deals, aligned with company targets.
Report regular updates pertaining to existing accounts, through frequent monitoring and strong customer engagement.
Maintain satisfied client base by properly endorsing closed deals to relevant departments in line with internal policies. Support and coordinate with the Installation team for any issue during execution of project and ensure collection of payments.
Proper recording of data, all while adhering to the procedures of modernization sales process and all system applications and products in data processing required by the company.
Meet annual target set by Mod director in line with company approved budget.
Job Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any engineering course for newly graduates (unless candidate is with sufficient experience in the elevator industry)
Showcases strong Sales acumen: Articulate, eloquence, good communication and negotiation skills, professional demeanor. Can hold up a conversation in the English language.
Customer Relationship management, Time Management Skills, and attention to details.
