Qualifications
- At least 5-8 years of PR / Marketing agency experience
- A proven track record of successful PR & Social Media campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
- Strong media connection
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Influencer Marketing/ KOL experience
- College degree holder preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism or a related discipline
Responsibilities
- Coordinating all public relations activities
- Plan and budget for PR events, programs and initiatives
- Help in designing and reviewing a variety of promotional and marketing materials
- Design and review the online content in media announcements and media kits
- Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand
- Check and manage content produced for website and social media channels
- Develop and implement PR policies and procedures
- Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed
- Developing a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media

- Coordinate all public relations activities
- Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
- Monitor, analyse, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
- Participates in strategy development for campaign/project proposals.
- Ensures the timely and seamless execution of account deliverables, manages resources, and makes certain that operations are within budget.
- Manages coordination and negotiations with influencers.
- Establishes and maintains a good relationship with clients and influencers.
- Manages X clients contingent on project complexity and revenue category.
- Assists in monitoring client billings and influencer payments.
