Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

• Source items and negotiate pricing.
• Use SAP for purchase and sales documentation.
• Prepare orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Manage customer and supplier documents.

Logistics

• Pack, label, and dispatch goods.
• Handle delivery paperwork and monitor shipments.

Accreditation

• Verify and maintain compliance records.

Import & Export

• Oversee shipping, customs, and payments.
• Prepare and review required documents.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, financial management, business administration, operations management or relevant field.
• 1–2-year experience in a supply chain management role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
• Proficiency in sourcing strategies and negotiation tactics.
• Familiarity with logistics and distribution practices.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar systems for process management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A collaborative team player open to guidance from management.
