Job Description

As a Systems Analyst (Oracle Fusion Financials), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement modules. You will provide functional and technical support, troubleshoot system errors, monitor performance, and assist with compliance reporting. Your expertise will help optimize business processes while enabling users through training and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement
• Strong understanding of core finance and procurement processes (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Cash Management)
• Proven ability to configure, troubleshoot, and support Oracle Fusion modules
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI
• Basic proficiency in SQL for running queries and analyzing data
• Familiarity with system integrations and APIs, especially within Oracle environments

Your Daily Tasks

Functional Support

• Provide in-depth functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets) and Procurement modules (Procurement Contracts, Purchase Orders, Supplier Management).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Collaborate with end-users to gather and analyze requirements for process improvements or issue resolution.

Technical Troubleshooting

• Analyze system errors, integration failures, and interface discrepancies, resolving them in collaboration with third-party support teams as needed.
• Review and validate configurations, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Liaise with Oracle Support to manage Service Requests (SRs) for unresolved issues.

System Maintenance & Monitoring

• Monitor the performance of Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement modules, ensuring uptime and efficiency.
• Assist with quarterly Oracle updates by reviewing new features, analyzing impacts, and testing configurations.
• Identify areas for system configuration improvements and proactively suggest optimizations.

User Training & Documentation

• Create and maintain documentation for recurring issues, resolutions, and best troubleshooting practices.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for support team members.

Compliance and Reporting

• Support audits by ensuring proper financial controls, segregation of duties, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Generate and manage financial and procurement reports as requested by stakeholders.
