Dot Coffee is looking for line cooks to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:
-Duties include preparing food and maintaining sanitation standards
-Undertake effective planning and delivery of daily kitchen tasks to ensure smooth operations of the kitchen
-Monitor consistency in recipe/standards/product such as portion sizes, quality of ingredients and consistency of food preparation
-Ensure quality of food by making sure stock is rotated and controlled, and that fresh ingredients are used
-Comply with HCCAP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) policies and procedures including Food Safety standards

Must be willing to start ASAP
Work location is Dot Commissary in Makati City
Full Time position available (8hrs, Mon to Sat)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php645.00 per day
